Shipping:
All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will be shipped via UPS Second Day Air. We do not currently accept international orders.
Delivery Times:
Most orders placed by 1:00PM (CST) will be shipped the following day. Depending on your location, you can expect to receive your in-stock order within 3-7 business days. For orders with customization, please allow 7-10 business days before the order will be shipped.

Back Orders:
We do our best to keep all merchandise in stock. However, sometimes we may encounter an unavoidable back order situation. In those instances we will notify you of the earliest possible delivery date of those items. The portion of your order that is available will be shipped according to your selected shipping method. When the out-of-stock merchandise arrives, it will be shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.
Returns & Exchanges
If merchandise is found to be defective, please contact our offices at (312) 243-9808. We will either exchange the unworn item or give you a full refund. You will be asked for the order number which can be found on the enclosed invoice. You will also be asked to describe why you are not satisfied with the product.We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number to include on the package that you are returning. If the merchandise was defective or if we made an error with the customization, you will not occur any additional shipping charges. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of customized products for sizing or color issues unless it was our error. Please refer closely to the sizing chart, especially when ordering customized items.
